With the User’s consent, Mixpanel is used to analyze the Website. After consent is given, the following information may be collected and processed:
- a randomly generated anonymous visitor identifier;
- browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and approximate location information;
- the address of the visited page, referral source, and marketing campaign parameters;
- clicks, page scrolling, transitions to the App Store, and transitions to other external links;
- session recordings showing interactions with publicly available Website elements.
The Website does not contain forms for entering personal data. Mixpanel is not configured to collect the text content of elements through autocapture.
5. Processing of User Information
Mixpanel is not loaded or initialized until the User allows analytics. After consent, Mixpanel uses browser local storage to collect and process analytics data. Data is transmitted to Mixpanel, Inc., which processes it as a third-party analytics provider in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
The Website stores the strictly necessary analytics_consent setting with the value granted or denied in local storage. This setting records the User’s choice, remains until the User changes it, and does not contain an analytics identifier. If local storage is unavailable, the setting may be kept for the current browser tab in session storage.
The User can change or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the Website footer. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection but does not automatically delete data collected before withdrawal. Previously collected data is retained for the retention period configured in the Mixpanel project and is then deleted in accordance with that setting.
Processing of User data is carried out based on the principles of:
- legality of purposes and methods of personal data processing;
- good faith;
